Our counselor Ms. Mutter works closely with our students and families to provide support for basic needs. Occasionally we get the opportunity to help these students in other ways that help contribute to their personal growth as a student here at Newcastle Elementary. We have identified several students that, without the support of our Angel Donors and community, family members would not be in a financial position to purchase a yearbook. This is our biggest fundraiser and the funds raised support our PTSA for two years. PTSA Membership helps fund critical school programs such as: In-classroom monthly art curriculum and art supplies. Family events like Costume Carnival, Science Fair and Multicultural Night. Teacher allotments for classroom books, supplies or special class events. Community outreach like the holiday toy drive, movie nights, and lunch for the break. Yearbooks, Book Fairs, and much more! An expanded and updated playground in 2019! Our ability to deliver an exceptional educational experience at Newcastle depends upon EVERYONE.
